-i am the single applicant having two kids.
-spouse not accompanying.
-i will do soft landing and apply for my PR as well my husband's.
- After completing the documentation,can i come back to my country and wait till my husband get an approval?

Single applicant(with two kids) has to stay in canada for applying PR of spouse??or she can come back to her own country after doing soft landing?
what if that single applicant do soft landing and come back the following day after completing documentation...after that they wait for a year or till the spouse gets his application approval...just for the sake of going back together??
The question is....is that possible?

No, you will have to stay in Canada while the Spousal Visa is processed.

what about visit visa?Someone suggested my husband to go on visit visa with us...in that case work permit will be granted till the completion of his PR process,is that true?

He can go on visit visa, but there is no guarantee of work permit.

He can try applying for a TRV but with a PR spouse, his chances of approval are low. If it is approved, he can come to Canada and you can apply inland with an OWP.
