Can I suggest to remove the entry if the application is returned otherwise if those entries stay in the month and eventually skew the data in big way. we can't have clear picture of the months data.

Processing times and averages wont be affected because there's no entries in the fields for applications that have been returned.
What do you think would not be accurate if these entries stay on the sheet?

Considering that your application has been delivered at the beginning of September you should either get your application package returned to you (if there are missing documents), or receive the AOR within the next 14-20 days. The current average for AOR (based on the August group of applicants) is 75 days from the day the application was delivered.

Look at who was SPOT ON with the prediction for first AORs. On Nov 1st I said 14-20 days. And look at that.

Are you guys actively checking the client application status online?
AOR is the emailing acknowledgement right?
When you enter the UCI number online for status check, do you enter with a dash '-'? eg. ****-****
