I need to leave to India for a month of personal work in Dec2018. and will be returning 1st week of January 2019. I have Visa till Oct2018. Do I need to get PRTD to travel back to Canada?

My landing interview is in Last week of Nov2018.

After you complete the landing formality in Canada, you will be a PR and after that you either need the PR Card or PRTD to enter in Canada via commercial carriers.

Zero. (unless you mess up the application)

You need to to apply for the PRTD the moment you get back to India given there is no published processing time for PRTDs.

I have stayed in Canada for 580 days and have enough documents like Pay Stubs/Employment Records, Bank Statements, CRA Notice of Assessment for last year assessment cycle and an active rental agreement. Do I meet Residency Obligation?
