Well my studies were part time from 2006/09 to 2009/06, 3 years for a Two years diploma which I got in my ECA, as for my work experience I don't claim any points and I simply placed it in personal history, my main concern is that the damn form kept telling me that there was a mistake in my form and my deadline of submission was for the 15/11/18 so I went ahead and split the the education period in two periods so the form can be accepted.
I don't know if I should keep this as it is or go ahead and raise a CSE which might delay further my application, any suggestions ?

Ok, i understood your point. Ur method will work but inorder to avoid a confusion , you will need to include an LOE with the form

Loe shud be crisp n shud contain the following points. U can follow the below format .

Loe subject- Explanation about my history for the period between 2006/09 to 2009/ o6. Uci code no. xxxxxxxx Express entry profile no. xxxxxxxx


I was pursuing a part time course ' (course name & eca no.) ' which has an official duration of 2 years however it took me 3 years to complete it. I pursued this course in 2006/09 ( year / month) and completed it on 2009/06. During the period of 2008/06 ----- 2009/03, I was employed with ( name of the company) as a ( designation). I am not claiming any points for the employment undertaken during this specific period.

Since my dates were coinciding with my employment and education, the form was not allowing me to proceed ahead so in my form I was forced to declare this by splitting the education period into two parts and then mention about my period of employment.

I declare that whatever I have mentioned is true.

Should I simply raise a CSE and give the explanation in the "Your enquiry" field, or should I upload the LOE in the form of a PDF document ?

To be on the safer side, u may adopt both these measures.. uploading the loe pdf format alongside with your form is very much important

Isn't a space alloted to upload the form that was requested ? In the same space, combine this form and the loe into one file.keeping a table of contents at the beginning will be very useful and helpful.
