These professionals are able to make certified copies. I believe sworn affidavits as well. They are alternatives to lawyers for getting legal documents. No. For it to be legalized, you have to sign the document in front of the notary / commissioner. Sometimes requires a witness as well. Depends on what kind of document you need.thank you very much..so i write the statutory declaration and it send it to them to sign it..is that correct?
