No update after medical is passed

My medical got passed two weeks back. There is no update to my application after that.
I read that when medical is passed, within 2 days, background should be changed to N/A.
But there is no change in my application. For background it says" your application is in process, will inform you when we start background check".
Why there is no update after medical?

Average processing time is six months. Next update would be for background check start and that can take months. Be patient.

You read something wrong. It may take months. Medical passed reports are updated by Hospitals.

Visa officers will take their time.
