Visa for January 2019 status

Applied on 12th October SDS Online
My study permit got refused due to below reasons:
• whether the person has been accepted to study at a Canadian educational institution;
• the information in the travel and identity documents;
• the person’s ability to pay for the trip, to pay tuition fees and to support himself or herself while in
Canada;
• whether the person is likely to respect the conditions of his or her admission to Canada;
• whether the person is inadmissible to Canada; and
• whether the person would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay.
I am working in dubai while i applied visa from india. My consultancy is IDP, they said that we can justify these reasons with proofs.
They told me we will reapply with a justification letter explaining the reasons and attaching my dubai visa cancellation documents.
This has been really tricky situation for me.
Anybody has any experience or knowledge for such refusal cases? what are the chances for getting approved if proper justification provided?

that is the main reason for refusal. from how long your are working in uae ? and do you have continues stay in uae for 6 months ? and have you ticked this column to YES in imm form ?
the question in imm form is "During the past five years have you lived in any country other than your country of citizenship or your current country of residence (indicated above) for more than six months?"
My friends have applied from india while working in UAE. They never got refused. And infact, i considered this as an advantage in my visa that i have work experience from UAE. I will be attaching visa cancellation letters along with justification letter. I don;t think there should be issue in this.
well, it is always recommened to apply from country of citizenship rather than country of residence
I have applied from india online (which is my country of citizenship) while i was working in UAE (Country of residence).
They have also mentioned stupid reason such as they doubt if i will be able to pay fees and survive myself over there.
I have paid full one year fees and GIC. what else they need? i just feel my application went to a wrong officer. If i can justify the reasons with proofs then what do you think? and how long it would take? does reapplication process faster?
definitely you will get visa if you justify the reason. brother according to me, this time you should apply from india and with paper based sds application.
you can also order caips notes so that you will know better why vo refused your visa.
