Hi All, Does anybody know someone whose visa was refused based on one reason that he/she is not a bonafide student? What are the chances of approval after getting refused for the first time? I just have to prepare an explanation of why i am a bonafide student eligible for this course.

My friends have applied from india while working in UAE. They never got refused. And infact, i considered this as an advantage in my visa that i have work experience from UAE. I will be attaching visa cancellation letters along with justification letter. I don;t think there should be issue in this.
