You get your chance to answer questions at appeal. Your voice will be heard. We addressed culture as well. My husband is Amazigh, indigenous like myself. Many similarities, I had said the visa officer could have refused on just reasons she had but she added in a few lies in interview notes. I answered to all. Just be prepared. We prepared an exhibit book. Of new proof. You can work on all that now.

Hi guys help me please last day My wife receive my bluebook in which they only write those concerns which in interview the visa officer ask from me and they say we are not satisfied so it’s a normal reason are something wrong

hi i just won the appeal received an emaill from ottawa to send an update of the application kit medical and police check and first page of the passport with the valid of 6 months i wana know once appeal is allowed so the refuse again if there a couple of mistakes that i cant fox on the application kit????

wow we had a good consultant but our case was inland spousal sponsorship and we started Dec 15 2015 my husband had his landing interview on April 28 2017 he's from Portugal so it is visa exempt we used our consultant because people we know used her and instead waiting 26 month's we got it in 17 months we paid over 5 k but she was register with the immigration consultation association she is legit o would recommend her but mikeymyke is right they will ask that
