Lot's of August applicants from Nigeria got PPR's in the first& 2nd week of September, because of the new bio-metrics requirements. I didn't think there was any need to be heartbroken or to compare myself with them because everyone has his/her time.

Dishant, I suggest hold on for about 7-10 days before sending Ralph an email. He is an elected representative and has been helpful. We should not disrespect his humility and eagerness to help.
Then it should have been fine. I guess they themselves are irritated with frequent calls about status updates. Give them some time and call after few days. Also, if you have called earlier quite a few times then they can see in your application notes and they can reject your calls in that case.
