My wife’s the sponsor and PR in Canada and I am the PA from Bangladesh. She applied for her citizenship and has her citizenship application status on ecas. Does the citizenship application will affect our application for sponsorship?

Please let me know. I am so worried it’s been more than 3 months and haven’r recieved our AOR yet.

Shouldn't be a problem. But if she get's her citizenship before you get your PR don't forget to let IRCC know

I know lots of people have not even got AOR yet, but I am really anxious right now and I’d like to hear senior members’ opinions:

Here is my timeline for reference
Outland App. PA from Italy, residing in UK.

App Received 13/08
AOR 4/10
SA 4/10
BIOM REQ 4/10
MED REQ 5/10
MED DONE 15/10
BIOM DONE 22/10
MED PASSED 22/10
BGC in progress 22/10
AOR2 26/10
DM on Ecas 31/10

Since the DM on Ecas last week, we have not heard a word from CIC. Not Pre-arrival, nor PPR. Nothing. I tried several times to call but its always to busy to take my call.
Do I need to worry ? Sorry again, I’m just loosing it seeing that ‘DECISION MADE’ without an actual decision.

Our case is pretty straightforward: been togetger 5 yrs, lived togheter for 3, no kids, no prev marriages, age 26 and 24 yrs.
our appa was sent to CPC Sydney NS, but got all correspondence from CPC M, so we believe our app is still there and never left Canada.

Hey August Outland applicants , please update the google sheet with your AOR/progress dates , so that we can analyse data based on PA's visa office .
We all know that applications from first world/developed countries get trough way too rapidly from others , which skews the overall timelines .
It will feel good to know how many applicants you have surpassed and gotten lucky , and it will raise hope for those who are still waiting for the first contact

I have the following questions
1. Is it wise to order before AOR ?
2. If no, then is 100 days without AOR is a good timeline for GCMS ?
3. I am reading threads where companies are charging 25+ USD for facilitating but are scamming , some are genuine . Any recommendations ?
4. Anyone who knows anyone who has gone through the process of GCMS and come out victorious ?

Well, not celebrating quite yet. 3 hours after the Pre-Arrival letter, they sent a follow up asking for additional info. LOL.

Apparently we missed a small period of time on Schedule A. Should I just email them the missing details, or fill out a whole new form?
I'm leaning towards the former, as the latter sounds tedious.

They also asked for proof of intent of sponsor (me) relocating to Canada. I put together some various emails that I've sent over the past few months - Realtors, School Board, etc. - and a copy of my Law School application submission confirmation from OLSAS. Hopefully that's sufficient.

On Oct-29-2018 when i called Call center to get some information on my file, the customer service sent a reminder to the officer who is working on my file.

Can anyone in this forum, can answer ( if the application package holds all necessary information), how many weeks it takes to expect the AOR1.

Any experiences here??? please.....
