2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

My notes also show eligibility is due 1 day before due date for medicals and criminality. It is also set for exactly 1 year after AOR. So I guess we will have to wait for the year to pass before hearing any news. O boy, the uncertainty and waiting are sooooo difficult to handle...

i know but no choice and comply.i do not why but i think all immigration thing is stuck. the whole week i saw no MR AND PPR. hope they wont stop.

hi everyone, I need some guideline from you people. Can I apply for Manitoba paper based application? Is there any timeline to apply? My profile is as below,
Qualification: 4 years Bachelors in electrical engineering.
Experience: 3 years
Age: 26 years
Ielts: L 7.5, R 8.5, W 6.5, S 6.5.. CLB 8
I have a friend with PR who has been living in Manitoba for the last 4-5 years
I don't know whether to go for Paper based application or Online application? whats the difference

You should go for Express entry(Online application) not the paper-based. Express entry only takes less than 6 months. On the other hand, paper based could take 19 months(forever...).

I think I can get PPR on the next 8 months, so no I don't want to start again with express entry. If I start the whole process again, It will take 3 months for PNP(express entry type) and then 1-6 months for CIC stage PLUS all the money that I spent on the paper process...

MR: May 30, 2018
MP: June 25, 2018
Currently they are checking my BG.
Waiting for ppr

We had applied for Work permit first and then for PNP paper based PR. got the AOR for the PR application in April 2018.
We did our medicals for Work permit which got carried forward for our PR application.
Am sure you will get your MR very soon, all the best!

he means that he got his aor in april but his Medicals is still valid that he got for his wor permit. he might be one step ahead
so chill march batch is not done yet i am one of them.
