our pr cards were approved and sent on October 4th. My spouse received it but I didn’t . Does anyone know what could be the reason. Cic is not helpful, they only confirmed that both Pr cards were sent

Can I check what address the PR card will be sent to online on my CIC account? I am asking about checking the address and not changing it.Also I have linked the PR card to my CIC account. Just want to make sure they have the right address. Anyone aware of this?

I don't think so, but you can always call the CIC agent and check with them.

My parents landed on 21st Aug 2018 at Fort Erie . Still haven't received the card and i am not able to link their application either .
