I got my Oath Ceremony notice by email yesterday, and my Oath date is Nov 30, 2018. It came a lot sooner than I anticipated and the date is earlier than I was expecting as well, and I am very pleased! Can someone please update my info in the spreadsheet?

Test and interview passed today

The officer asked to provide translation for the passports stamps.
I believe thatwould delay is few weeks but nothing can be done.

Did anyone had this before and what the process to follow?

Any passport stamps which are non english or french need to be translated. Almost everyone I have seen on the forum either got it done before the interview/ test and took with them or were asked to do it later.

Hi Guys,
I have a question regarding the oath ceremony. I am thinking not to take my son who is 5 to the ceremony (he is eligible to receive it as well) . It is written that it is not a must to take small kids under 14 who are eligible. I was thinking if somebody did take the kids or didn't take them, what do you think? I just think that sitting for 2 hours will be hard on him and we might be asked to leave the ceremony..no other family will attend the ceremony so..

I was attending an oath ceremony yesterday in Mississauga, In heard the officer telling one family that you do not have to bring your kids under 14 to the oath.
actually, they are very strict on noisy kids... they asked several families to leave the room when the kids started to be noisy

From what I checked , it should be certified translation.
and someone mentioned to me that I would need another set for the Canadian Passport , so I should ask for a 2nd copy
