Cic service sucks now dont know how they’re dealing with the applications from there end hope new govt changes the way in which immigration is operating

Also, when you call, is the automated system saying decision has been made or still processing?!

No haven’t got the mail still and automated message still shows that background check is in process but

I see, thanks, Mine is the same! And Called cic but couldnt get connected to an agent, also asked my lawyer if she has recieved anything n she said No, n your file is still processing! Lol

Try early morning and if you dont get connected try again right after the call gets disconnected you’ll most likely get a chance to speak with an agent
