It seems call center was outsourced so they will not have much details. If your background check started on or after 12th Oct, you may get some updates this week.

my background check was started right after my medical pass on June 5th. I did not receive any update after that. My calls to CIC were unsuccessful. I am ordering the notes now.

seriously? you are lucky you have an update, some people are waiting for 8-12 months with no updates at all...just be patient
