Hi. I have a CRS score of 364. Hoping for a provincial nomination for my Noc Code 4032. Just want to know if there is any chance for it to be picked up during this year or before next year june.

4214 Early childhood educators and assistants, this NOC is in SINP occupation list. This is regulated and takes min. 1 month to get license.

College and other vocational instructors 4021, and this is in NSNP in demand list and non regulated.

Hi Ashuindian

I have some quarry.

My Wife CRS score is 389 and some consultant suggest 4032 or 4413. She have Pre-primary and Primary School Exp. Can you advise Which province we can apply.

As you mentioned in your Thread 4214 is Regulated. It is required 1 month to get licence it is before invitation or after invitation we need to get.

I have two main questions.

1st. Is this noc regulated ? Do I need to have a bachelor degree in education for my experience to counter? My education is a bachelor in pharmacy.

2nd. I assessed my degree through wes and evaluation came out 4years bachelor degree . And specialization was written in pharmaceutical science , would that qualify for entry to practice licensed profession or bachelor ?

1. Nowadays , this NOC is not in the list of SINP demand jobs. So you can't apply for that. But it is regulated here.
Similar noc 4214 is in the list.
2. No. You have to study in Canada for that.

Thank you for your reply , but I Am not applying for SINP , I am concerned about the express entry program

Hello,I have a query that my friend is applying for NOC 4032 in Federal express entry.
1. Need to know if License is needed at any stage until getting PR Card and
2. need License only to practice the Teaching profession when reached Canada. Although, I understand that applying for License in parallel to PR process is better but just want to know if this obstructs the PR process anyways ??

Hi, My simple question is if a person was teaching in a primary school back in India, can he simply get an experience letter that aligns with duties in NOC 4032? OR SOME KIND OF REGULATORY CERTIFICAITION IS REQUIRED FROM CANADA FIRST and only then that teaching experience can be counted? Will be very helpful. Thank you.

Your employment letter can match your NOC to apply to Express Entry. If you are eligible for EE and will receive a nomination, you don't need certification.

You can try to certify your education and work experience once you are PR. You can't get certification to teach in Canada until you arrive. What provice do you plan to move? You need to start the licensing province in the province you are moving to. Your education will be assessed and you may need to undertake a practicum or redo some of your education.
