Hi, My simple question is if a person was teaching in a primary school back in India, can he simply get an experience letter that aligns with duties in NOC 4032? OR SOME KIND OF REGULATORY CERTIFICAITION IS REQUIRED FROM CANADA FIRST and only then that teaching experience can be counted? Will be very helpful. Thank you.

IRCC clearly states:
Note: The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description.
Your work reference letter should have the JDs and the JDs should substantially meet the JDs of the NOC you select. There is no requirement for you tp provide any other certification or letter from regulatory body.
Only for licensed professions, such as medicine, pharmacy, IRCC requires that you provide evaluation from a different body than WES etc.
