Is there anyone from PU Chandigarh whose WES ECA status has been put on hold for verification from university? Do we need to contact university or will they reply themselves?
Plz guide who have faced such on hold status.

Hello, WES now send documents to university for verification, as soon as university verify them, Then your online status change to all documents submitted and they will soon send you report.
You can just call and inquire with university have they receive any verification request for WES ? And can they expedite the process so that you can receive your report quickly. Or you can wait for few days and evaluation will complete in a few more days.

Mine is also the same status. I could see the status of my transcripts on WES portal as 'Put On Hold'. Moreover, I don't know whom do i reach out to in Punjab University to expedite my verification process. Can somebody suggest whom do i reach out to in Punjab University to convey my request. It shall be a great help !

Hey, I am a graduate from PU Chandigarh and my wes verification status is also on hold due to the same reasons. And it's more than a month now. Have you been able to figure out how to resolve this. Whom do we need to reach out to get this addressed ?

My status is still on hold as I was waiting that PU will reply by themselves. But they are not going to do it until you go there and talk to them. So no use in sitting still and waiting. Nothing is going to happen and I have wasted a valuable month like that.

Go to Certificate Section, Room No. 144, Fourth Floor of Admin block and talk to the guy sitting on the front desk with a computer. Explain to him. He will then note down your name and WES Reference Number in a register and will do it. Otherwise nothing is going to happen. Good luck.

No it is not going to be addressed until you visit PU personally. Go to PU and ask them to reply to WES, otherwise it will be months of waiting but they won’t do it. I too wasted a month like that.
Go to Certificate Section, Room No. 144, 4th Floor, Admin Block as I have explained above.
Go yourself or send someone giving him or her your WES reference number. Only then they will reply back.

Yes, it has changed.
I went to university on Oct 23 and my status changed on Oct 26 to in progress. Again it changed on Oct 29 and I got the ECA report completion date as 11/16/2018.

Did you guys ensure before leaving the university that they have replied back to WES?

In my case, they replied while I was there on Oct 23 and WES took four days to update my status.

I hope your status will change soon. I know it’s hard to go through this. So wishing you guys all the luck.
