I am new to this forum. I applied for my citizenship and below is my information.

App.Type: Single
Physical Presence Days: 1725
App Sent: Jul 24,2018
App Recd: Jul 27,2018
AOR:
In process:

I have not received any information from them yet. I did send them an inquiry, but they responded with saying that they have not received my package which is not true because as per the tracking number they have received the package and also have signed.

Has anyone faced this issue? Please kindly advise.

Yes I did and they said that they haven't received it yet. What worries me is that they lost my application and it's been already 3 months now. I don't want to lose them (

Did you let them know that tracking number says otherwise? It's weird because usually they have records that they have received your package.

I did let them know about the tracking number and also told them that it was signed by their employee

I submitted my citizenship application and CIC received my application package on July 30th. I still have not received my AOR. I am worried about why is it taking so long to get my AOR. I send my application through courier and can see the name of the person who received my package.
