I have seen in other posts that applications received by Brian have been delayed in getting AOR. I have not seen Michael Penny in any of the past posts though!

My application package was received by someone named Michael Penny on July 30th. Did anyone else's package was received by him? I am still waiting for my AOR, have tried calling them but unable to get hold of an agent!

How can I talk to a CIC agent? I called them multiple times but it says they have heavy call load and are unable to transfer the call to an agent.

I submitted my citizenship application and CIC received my application package on July 30th. I still have not received my AOR. I am worried about why is it taking so long to get my AOR. I send my application through courier and can see the name of the person who received my package.

Also, the physical presence calculator calculates my presence in Canada to be 1136 days which is 41 days over the requirement. Is that buffer enough or should I wait for sometime before applying?
