It seems that it takes them more time than they say at the website. I applied on July 29 from inside Canada and only today I got the approval. It takes even more time for applications from outside of Canada. However, if it takes more than they say on the website you may wish to give them a call.

For August 10 application, no, I don't think it's delayed. Especially for an application from outside of Canada.

My processing time from Pakistan is 22 weeks which has changed to 25 weeks now, still no update

Nothing as they are adding a week to processing time every week
