N Hi Thanks for your prompt response. We got 2 separate letters for PPR... One instructed to submit the passport in Ottawa & other in Pakistan so we did the same but now after 20+ days getting an email from Ottawa to submit primary applicant passport is quite confusing.... :(

Hey... When did your spouse got the COPR? We are in the same situation but got the email from Ottawa that they need primary applicant passport to proceed which is already submitted at ircc Isb, Pakistan.

Submitted passport to vfs khi on 27th may... Received on 28th & after that no progress

Hi, When did your file moved to LVO? As IRCC agent didn't updated me on anything regarding my file progress stating that file is in LVO & we have no visibility...

I haven't ordered gcms notes... Raised the CSE regarding biometric but so far they haven't responded.

Is there any hotline for LVO where we can call to get the update on our application? It has been more than 17 days but no response over the raised CSE... :(

Oh it's great that ur VO responded timely... For me it's more than 15 days now & no response :( I raised a query regarding Biometrics as numbers are reflected against the profile but still thethe sta says "we haven't received your fingerprints...."

My AOR is 24th too... File moved to London VO & after that no progress :( How long did it take them to respond over ur raised CSE?
