@SumH12:@Tareek008 May I ask you when did you create your EE profile?
Since they are not updating the web page it would be good to know in order to have an idea what period they are considering for NOIs. Last time was between January and March
These days NOIs from Ontario are pretty rare, so I think that it is a good sign that you received it. Since your case is special (CRS less than 400), I suggest that you include a letter describing your NOC (ICT is on demand) and your intention to reside in Ontario, Good luck!@SumH12:
Am going forward with the application.

By the way, a thread was created to discuss our timelines, questions and other related things regarding OINP applications submitted recently (and to be submitted on August) under HCP and FSSW streams.

Hello, i would like to know under which stream i should apply since i got the NOI.Hi,
For French Speaking Skilled Woker (FSSW), you don´t meet the French level required (CLB7 in French), so if you submit the application under that stream, it would be rejected because of that . There is a note in the "Who Can Apply" section: "Receiving a Notification of Interest does not mean you qualify under the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. Please consult the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Application Guide in order to ensure you meet both provincial and federal criteria."
For other hand, under HCP you don´t meet the minimum CRS score (400). There is also a note about ensuring that all criterias are met. Are you currently working in Canada? Because, probably you could apply under HCP targetted Job Offer.
Rgds.
Hi,Hello, i would like to know under which stream i should apply since i got the NOI.
No, am a foreigner and never went to canada but am in the IT sector.
Thanks
Hi,
So, they didn´t send you the NOI as targetted (Job Offer). Well, if I was in your place I would apply under HCP and I would attach a "Declaration to reside in Ontario" in which I would explain my motives to live there. Although, you must be aware that there is a big chance that your application would be rejected or returned because you don´t match all criterias under HCP stream (CRS not >400).
Having said that, if you decide to apply, you would be trying an opportunity that otherwise you would not have considering that direct ITAs is currently for people around CRS 440 (it seems that this year it won´t drop to even 435 level ).
Good luck!
Congratulations. All the bestHello everyone,
I would like to inform you that i got a positive answer from the Ontario NOI and it was approved on the 12th October 2018.
I late received my ITA today the 16th October 2018.
I wish everyone good-luck and thank you for everyone that helped me and guided me.
I still have several applications to do but so far everything has been positive.
Regards,
Tareek
