WES sealed transcript cumulative or each year?

Inquiring for a friend who has an Indian 3 year degree.

Does ECA - for WES require a sealed envelope with the transcript single for all 3 year showing all the grades.

Or do they need a separate transcript for each year?

Thanks, and if it so happens I could only get the consolidated mark sheet and not the individual.sealed ofcourse.

I think it should be fine. That's what I provided for my masters degree.
