Thanks
I have checked my husband points without job letter he has 71
Do I think we should apply ?
71/100 makes him eligible under the FSW program.
Job offer isn't mandatory, but gives you more CRS points.
Next step, check the CRS tool to see where he stands.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

If he's comfortably sitting above 445 (based on latest cut-offs), you should be confident in receiving an invitation after submitting your EE profile.

Hi
CRS is very confusing for me
Can you pls explain it in a simple calculation?
Well CRS (Comprehensive Ranking Score) ranks eligible candidates against each other once in the pool.
The higher your CRS score, the higher your rank, and the higher your likelihood of getting an invitation to apply (ITA).
Points are awarded according to your specific circumstances. Education, work experience, any relatives in Canada, language ability, Age, marital status...
In the last round, they invited the 3500 highest ranked candidates, and the score of the lowest ranked candidate is know as the "cut-off score".
So, to know how many points you can claim now that you know you're eligible, use the CRS tool mentioned above, and enter your individual details.
If you want more details on how points are distributed based on each criteria, follow this link:
