Can I not add my Bachelor's degree to the EE profile even though I got an ECA for it?

I received my ECA and the "Canadian Equivalency Summary" is "Master's degree".

Even though I asked for only the Master's to be evaluated (and sent only documents for Master's), WES linked my ECA application to an earlier evaluation I had got in 2012 for my Bachelor's degree, while applying to graduate school. Therefore, my ECA report lists both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees.

This old Bachelor's evaluation was completed by WES in 2012 using my provisional Bachelor's degree certificate, since I hadn't yet received my final degree certificate at that time. Therefore, my ECA report shows the year as "2012". However, I received my final degree certificate only in 2013 and it states "2013".

Since I will be uploading this final degree certificate post-ITA, will this mismatch of years between the ECA report and my actual degree certificate be a problem? I no longer have my provisional degree certificate.

If I add only my Master's degree details (although my ECA report contains my Bachelor's too), will it be okay since I probably won't need to upload my Bachelor's degree in this case?

If you have ECA report, then you are good. You can mention the dates on your degree certificates.
CIC is well aware about the issuing dates of degrees in India.
