no! sorry when i applied in 2017 i had mine within 17 days things really seemed to slow down after. looks like there is a backlog again. unfortunately, patience and much of it is necessary with this process

Have any of you requested your GCMS notes?

I know its tough waiting for PPR and no emails or updates from VO adds to the stress.
The best you can do is try to get a MP to investigate the delays.

Hi could anyone help me please. Im from the philippines and my husband is a PR in canada we passed our application but it got transferred to Mississauga visa office. Would i be worried because i thought that our application should be forwarded here in canadian embassy manila for the final steps before ppr. We are done with our medicals and our gckey states that we have passed the medical exam.

Hi! You have nothing to worry about. Some papers would be processed in Mississauga if the case load in Manila is huge.
