LVO should not have concerns how first marriage came to an end, the reasons, incidents about divorce are our personal life matters, they should have concerns about divorce procedure that either it is followed properly or not and divorce documents are genuine or not, divorce documents are issued properly or not, but if LVO khamkha roab jamay about reasons of divorce to phir kaisay banda unko samjhaye, bhai ye apka kam nhi k dosroan ki personal life kay baray poocho, kia LVO walay apni personal life kay baray kisi say discuss kertay hain jo hum say itna investigate krtay hain, LVO walo kuch to khial kro, hum nai life main must hain tum pichli ko rotay rho

Couldn't agree more. In my case, they are looking for a divorce certificate jab ke mera divorce hua hee nahi tha. I was a widow and re-married after 5 years of being a widow! It's crazy. I sent them additional documents showing them proof I was never divorced that's why a divorce certificate was never submitted. On top of that, the officer made errors in dates on various things and then recommended an interview. I sent a lengthy letter addressing all of these things. Now, I am waiting to hear back from them.

that's insane! i hate it when they make such errors .. and a big LOL at asking for proof for being a widow .. wow!

Dealing with LVO is more or less like playing lottery. The odds are stacked against your expectations.

My wife approved as sponsor on 26 september. Nothing mention that file is transfer to local visa office. My gckey account still shows reviewing ur eligibility. Is it normal? Anyone please guide me through this.

I'm Feb 22 applicant. File transferred April 20th. Nothing since then. These days they dont touch your file until close to 12 months.

there is no way that i or anyone else can tell you where your file is standing .. you can email LVO if you like to get a status update ..

Ur done! Once u hv submitted ur passport and received it back with a COPR .. then get on a plane n get to Canada ASAP before heaven freezes here .. i.e. before snow buries u .. lol
