Two or more degree or certificate evaluation

Hey guys,
I already have a bachelor's degree which is of duration 4 years and now I am planning to do a PG certification course which is of duration 11 months. After completion of this PG certification course, will I be qualified to apply for EE under 2 or more degree or certificate?

Any help is appreciated.

You need to get your new PG evaluated by WES and see what the Canadian equivalent degree is and then calculate your scores.

If your University is well known, you can use this free tool from WES.

Note: Some well known universities may not be in the list even though they're recognized by WES.
