Present address vs Permanent address

I already submitted my application and I'm having second thoughts about my addresses.

My permanent address is City A and present address is City B.

I mentioned that I was living in City A till January and then moved to City B for work into a company paid apartment.

In my LOE, I've mentioned the same and added that I keep traveling between these two addresses.

Will it be a problem since I didn't mention the exact dates when I came back to City A in my address history ?

It was just one time last month for my medicals and that too for a week.

Any help is appreciated.
