Hi Guys

I am trying to call CIC call centre, Sent email to LVO no answer.

Really appreciate if someone in similar situation could help. My parents are on Super visa Canada, their LVO is new Delhi. Got PPR for main applicant but not dependent...Is this normal, should we wait for my mothers PPR?Or send both their passports to Ottawa

Hi guys, have decision made status on PR application for main applicant since past 4 weeks but no update after that....shall i call CIC ? or is it common

I was able to speak to an agent this morning. At the current rate, I am told it could take about 2 months from the date of receipt before we get the AOR. Some folks from the end of round 1 are just receiving AOR. So guess they must be starting to working on round 2 soon.

how does one speak to an agent >? i tried calling but since i dont have a file number i could not get thru an agent...pls advise...thank you

Without an application number, you can go through option 2, then option 1, followed by option 3. Then we get an option to press '0' for an agent. It is hard to get through most of the time due to high call volumes.

By the way, I see that some of the May applicants from round 1 are just receiving their AOR. So guess you are within the general timelines. Good luck!

You won't get multiple ppr's ,dependents are included in same letter if you read carefully. Just send your passports in one envelope.

Wait for a week or so for the AOR. I was in the same situation, I could see ECAS status as Application received and then in process, but received the AOR 10 days later.

Could any body confirm the Mailing address for Singapore to send Police Clearance Certificate:
P.O. Box 845, Robinson Road, Singapore 901645

Also, please let me know whether affidavit is fine as certified translation.
All documents that are not in either English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation
