Can anyone tell me what does AOR mean ? Is it the time file received by CIC or the time we linked our file number to CIC website ?

Thanks for the update Daris. Do u know what was the AOR date for that candidate who had MR last week? And which one is the visa office send the Medical Ottawa or Sydney? Thank you Daris

His file received date is December 2017, I think mr issued from New Delhi

I have applied for my Permanent residency under PNP paper application.
I received my AOR on Feb 2, 2018
Police certificate call on June 18, 2018
On Oct 1st (yesterday) I received a ghost update and today I received a Pre Arrival email.

Does anyone have an idea, how long does it take to receive a call for PPR after pre arrival email?

Also, I am planning to get married this month and I am willing to add my spouse in my file, does that extend the process?

I forgot to mention I submitted my medical on June 22nd and my medical was passed in the middle of July and I have applied for BC PNP PR paper application. I was too frustrated and had no idea whether my file was processing so I applied under express entry as well u

Just in background check, the file stucked in criminality process, RCMP showed NRT, US NRT. These are the main reason that no update after 15 March 2018 fn.

Most applicants get a due date on their gcms notes for 1 year after AOR date. Think it is just normal trend in CIC process. They will definitely look at your application before the due date if they receive updates from third parties. But if not, someone will review your file again on the due date stated.
