Got a email email confirming that the application has been accepted for processing

My boyfriend is sponsor me under common law, he just received an email that the application has been accepted for processing, whats next?

according to cic web,
They will assess my boybriends eligibility to be sponsor, then get other email.
After my sponsor is found to be eligible, they finally will send the acknowledgement of receipt letter or the first email is the acknowledgement of receipt letter?

We sent it on September 5, and the email says:

This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2018/09/10 on behalf of the following member(s).
