Yeah. I updated my police report since it was valid for just 3 months. For the pictures, I added 2 recent pictures of my spouse and me. I made update to the forms because I wanted the date I signed the signature to be recent.

1) The form is meant for just the principal applicant. So just the applicant fills the form. (2) when my application was returned, I refilled the entire forms again, and I got AOR. However you can still update the IMM 5406 with what they wanted you to change or fill correctly and send to them.

On my OWP, it says we are reviewing if you meet the eligibility.

I got my Medical request on Dec 6,2018. Unfortunately the panel physician I used is still yet to submit the result to CIC. I will call them tomorrow to know if they have done so. I checked my GCKEY two days ago and I got to know that they have started working on my Background check.
