Hi All,

This week did not see any PPRs yet. Still half a day to go and sometimes PPR comes on Saturday morning. Hoping we still see a few tomorrow.

Anyhow we will be entering October and lets hope things will be better starting October. Based on cases we have listed here March has 100% PPRs. The largest population we have in Montreal is from April AORs. I have a feeling we will see good progress on them soon. Anyhow Montreal seems much more sequential in processing applications than other visa offices. Any movement in April / may will be good news for June candidates which is the second largest number after April.

April 24 - AOR
May 1 - Medical passed
No updates or e-mails for ~5 months
Sep 29 - BG check has started status update along with APPROVAL LETTER requesting the passport.

Oh, and I didn't know my VO was Montreal until I got my PRR yesterday.

Welcome and thanks for sharing your case details here. As you may have seen on the thread that the wait time in Montreal is little longer. Given you’re June 1 AOR you can expect some action around first week of November. Do come back and share your findings from GCMS notes when you receive them.

Looking at April AOR's, its worrying that Montreal VO is not even finishing stuff in 6 months

Well technically many will reach 6 months in last week of October and also their clock starts from R10 check which is approximately 2 weeks after AOR. Having said that I’m hopeful our April friends will get good news in this week.
