Req doc for spouse background-December 2017
Medical req & passed- March 2018
Ghost update -September 24 2018
Req doc RCMP & Schedule A online for Primaryapplicant-September 24 2018
(the status changed as "the additional document have been uploaded") - September 25 2018
i Called CIC on 27 September they said my file is in Etobicoke office

It will eventually change to "you passed the meds exam". After that happens, wait for ghost update and PPR.

Hi, what does it mean "med extended" ?

My medical examination result was expired and it looks like CIC extended it automatically. That's what I see in the GCMS notes.
