Me too. I’ve been seaching for a noun suitable for the sentence’s meaning, so I put it as well.

It’s actually “Magazine”. Due to the fact the key word is visibility. They mentioned offer help for the in-house magazine to get noticed by the company. So when some one is noticing you means “visibility”
