Gap is wrong answer. I had the same though at first but when i thought about it and go through the text i found that Projects was the right answer...

Magazine is the right answer I believe

It’s actually “Magazine”. Due to the fact the key word is visibility. They mentioned offer help for the in-house magazine to get noticed by the company. So when some one is noticing you means “visibility”

I believe that question asked what replaced flax fiber, not flax. And in article there is a sentence clearly saying that mass-produced woollen blankets replaced flax fiber. I could be wrong though.

I don't remember the word "The" in question and the phrase : "The early 20th century" meet the condition NO MORE THAN 3 WORDS AND/OR NUMBER
