June 25th applicant here.

After my ecas got updated to "Application Received" on Sep 20th, I came to realize that I made a mistake on the form... specifically in the Travel History section.

I missed a trip to the US in 2014!!! :O
It was for a 4-day sightseeing purpose and it was a pure oversight.

Anyway, I called the call centre to seek an advice. His advice was essentially “wait and watch” until they start processing.

But I just couldn't stay doing nothing thinking that the officer might think I was trying to hide the trip.

I had to send an enquiry via Case Specific Web Form. Just simply stated the fact and added a scanned copy of entry/exit stamps for the trip.

We’ll see what happens... just sharing.

I would just wait and see if they need more info or clarification. I have seen that sometimes giving them info later makes your application process slow.

You have to follow the path 1 - 1 - 3.
Then punch your "Application Number" but this number can be anything essentially.
Then your birth year.

You will hear the automated message regarding the current processing time.

After that, press 0 to speak to an agent. Sometimes, if they are receiving a high volume, you won't be able to wait in a queue to talk to them. Otherwise, you will be placed in a queue to speak to an agent.

I have sent my application on Aug 13 how long it will take to appear in system that they have received my application.
also I forgot to mention name and DOB on the back of the picture I spoke to IRCC agent he advised me to send pictures again with letter of explanation and write Urgent on the envelope, I did yesterday.
I have a flight on January 6th 2019 I hope I will get it before that.
I still have 128 days left do you guys think I will get my PRC before January 6th? as of now its showing 97 days processing time on IRCC website

I did not write my DOB and date of photo taken. So I called an agent. She advised me to send a new set of application with an forwarding letter.I did that. Today, I got my first application.

Can anybody tell me, if they will process my 2nd application ? had anybody in this forum has experience like me?

I have the same problem like you. Would you please update me on your application?

I applied on Aug 16 still no update as they are working on June 19 application so I have to wait 2 months more until they open my application . As i mentioned IRCC agent advised me to send photos again with explanation letter providing them tracking number for my previous application hopefully they can match it.
there was another person here had same issue I think he got the PR.

Online Status changed to Application Received on Sept 6th.
Got the AoR email on Sept 20th and the online status has the following updates:

We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 11, 2018
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 20, 2018.
We started processing your application on September 20, 2018.

I did the same send pictures again with DOB and name mentioned and explanation letter if you got the AOR that's mean i will get it too.
Please update once you receive you PR.

I send a new set. Older one, they returned me back.

no I didn't reapplied originally i send my application on Aug 16 then I resend pictures again on Aug 24th.
