Dm since nov 4th contact ircc they advised me renewal got approved and in production. I think i have been selected for pickup thats why its taking so much time cause my parents applied after me and they got their PR card

If your PR card is expired or will expire in less than nine months then you can apply for renewal now earliest you can apply in Feb 2019 process is usually 100 days so you will be able to get it before july 2019

I did not call them I send my application on Aug 13 and my parents application on Aug 22 we all are on Decision made. so i am assuming they are working on August applications.
