Hi all,

This is my first post here.
I am planning to go to Alberta for working under NOC C and then I will apply AINP afterwards.

I am really confused about as follows:
1/ At the moment, I can see my work position is in AINP eligible job list.
Just in case my occupation is eliminated from AINP job list after I apply for PR, is my AINP application still valid?
2/ What if my work permit is expired while I still waiting for PR approve?

Please help !!!

If you are on post graduation work permit . And you studied out of Alberta . Than you might not be eligible for AINP . Check AINP site before you moved

Hi,

Thanks so much for your reply.
I already checked the AINP requirement:
1.Residency status and work permit requirements: I am going to have it through my consultant
2.Occupation requirements: I am going to work as waitress so it is not in Alberta Opportunity Stream Ineligible Occupations list. Please note that I'm not working on Post-Graduation Work Permit
3. English or French language requirements: I have IELTS 6.0
4. Education requirements: I have college degree in my origin country
5. Work experience requirements: I have 4 years of experience as waitress in my origin country
6. Income level requirements: employer will give my minimum wage, and I only apply PR for myself so it is not a big deal

So my concern is :
1. What happen if I already applied for PR, then Alberta suddenly put my job in ineligible list (requirement number 2).
2. Any change to my PR application or process?
3. What should I do if it happened?

1.Nobody knows what happen in Future but If Alberta put your job to ineligible list , there might b lots of choices inside the Canada. Like you can start dong study and find good NOC code job like Noc A or NOB . And apply PR again .
2 . Don’t worry for now .just come here if anything close for you , there are many more new doors open for you .
Good Luck
