Canada tourist visa rejected help

hi everyone

I am studying medicine in India and have completed final exam in 2016. After that I have to do internship of one year out of which I did for 11 months and kept one month internship on hold as I am preparing for higher studies
My sister stays in Canada and has invited me my mom and dad. We 3 applies online visa with my dad as primary applicant.
My mom dad visa is approved but mine is rejected
Reason to reject they mentioned:
Travel history (but I have visited uk under family visit visa for three weeks)
Financial status : but I showed bank statement of 3lacs inr under my name and also a property on my name
Purpose of visit: we have mentioned we ll travel for one month to visit my sister and for tourism

Along with this I showed Letter from myprinciple in which he stated I completed exam in 2016 and currently doing internship

I want to visit Canada along with my dad andmom
Please suggest how to apply and what all tomention next time and can I apply immediately after first refusal

Visa officer who rejected is in Ottawa

Hi yes I know but only one person responded and I am looking for multiple opinions for way to get visa approved
As no one responding In that thread I created new one

Age is a big factor when immigration officer issue a visa . In your case your parents are genuine visitor that’s why they got approved . You are refused on the basis of your age and financial instability. Another factor is that you all applied together.that show weak ties to the home country in your profile not for your parents . Immigration officer suspect you coming to Canada to work not for visit . It raises red flags that as soon as you land you apply for closed work permit or study permit in order to stay here . You intentionally put your internship on hold for 1 month is another factor for refusal .it shows you are not genuine visitor.

I am preparing for higher studies in USA from past one year and I after giving entrance test I ll finish internship but I haven’t mentioned my plans of USA studies in my letter
I don’t have any intentions to stay in Canada
Plz suggest whst to do this time before I apply

But my principle didn’t mention I ll return after three weeks of Canada visit
If I get that written in college letter will that b any help

Immigration officer doesn’t think your way . College letter from principal is not a strong evidence .you will be refused again. whats the point applying for Canada visitor visa if you have plans for USA.

Only my visa is rejected
Hence want to apply again this is just for tourist visa I wil stay just 1minth in reality what shal I do get visa
To get study visa for USA wil take more one year as I am still preparing for exams

What if I get lawyer notarized affidavit stating I have internship to complete and have to return back
Technically only after completing internship I wil get medicine certificate

In google I found I can request to get my file so that based on there comments there I can rectify them for next attempt of visa

But if they refusing bcOz of internship status then what can I do

Since you have been refused for Canada. Us visa application back ground check would reveal your Canada refusal. It will be very tuff to grant a study visa because US Canada shares the same screening system.

I am applying study visa means I am going to invest in us colleges which is benefit to them
