App Sent : April 13
App sent to Ottawa: June 7
Meds and Pcc in July sometime
Pre Arrivals : Aug 28th
DM : Sept 18 and PPR in night same day .

Do I need to include her son and daughter who are 18 yrs old and older in the form? But they are not coming to Canada

The age of dependent is 21. As long as they haven't turn 22 or older, and not married or in a common-law relationship, then they NEED to be included. (coming or not now)
They will need to fill in all the necessary forms and go through criminal and health check...etc.

It means the application has been received by the Local Visa Office for further processing. It is normal and no need to be worried!

I am sponsoring my parents in Canada, could someone please help me to filling the IMM0008. On document check list it says this form has to be sign by the person you are sponsoring, the principal applicant.
Could someone tell me if this form should be fill out by my father, and spouse should be my mother, and we are three brothers, so in the form my father should include their information, and they are over 30 years of age.

Thats it.If you have more siblings then you need to use IMM008 additional form.otherwise you dont need to.

server send pre -arrival letter so just ignore it...
if only parents did medical for super visa recently
