If you don’t disclose a medical condition, it’s misrepresentation and can get you banned from Canada or potentially your PR or citizenship revoked at anytime in the future. Don’t withhold information from IRCC......it will end up badly for you.

Nothing to worry about. It’s highly (really, really) unlikely high colesteral would result in medical inadmissibility.

If they ask to disclose medication or medical conditions, then yes you do. If the forms ask you for information on medical conditions or medications, yes you do. There is no option to not disclose without risking something later on. If you don’t it’s misrepresentation (fraud) and a criminal offence in Canada.
Cholesterol is not a deal breaker. Medical inadmissibility (which is what I assume you are worried about) is far more concerned with communicable diseases or problems that place a burden on health care. Cholesterol can be controlled with diet.

You are way over analyzing this! You’re going to give yourself significantly worse problems at this rate. Relax.

Hello,
My wife's immigration medical exam has taken an unexpected turn. After an abnormal chest X-ray, they requested a sputum test (which typically takes 8 weeks for results). However, just 7 days later, they asked for additional medical examination despite the sputum test still being inconclusive.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What could be the reason behind this request for further examination before the sputum test results are even available?

Appreciate your thoughts and advice!

Xray is quite a crucial part of Canada immigration, they see a little streak and asks for Sputum. You have to wait for sputum and second xray after 3 months.
