Hello everyone, I am Aug 8, 2017 (OINP, Masters Graduate) applicant.
So just right now when I tried to log in to my online portal, I saw the position of PR application changed from 1st line to 3rd line. In my portal it shows three applications (for work permit, Visa for India and my PR application which shows Submitted). Earlier the PR application was on 1st number and when I logged in it was on third number.
After refreshing the page it came back to the same 1st spot. There were no changes in the status and I also checked the ECAS and it was same too.
So just wanted to know that is it a ghost update or not ?

This looks like a ghost update, but not too sure.. maybe someone else can shed some light.
