Extensive Details while filling Form post ITA

I have a couple of questions:

1. I am asked about all the addresses I have lived in since I was 18..... I may not have proofs of these addresses... Is that OK?

2. Also, about the employment details.... I have worked in may companies but I had not included all of them in my CIC profile.... I may not have their docs or employer reference letters.... What should I do?

Regarding the work history which you did not have any reference letter, did you put it under the personal history when filling up the ITA? Did you include a LOE or any other supporting documents?
