Hi guys i did my interview lasttwo weeks and the offcer said all good and i signed form and yesterday i call cic and he said you passed the interview and if we need some documents we contact you when i asked MP she gives me other answer she say

I have followed up with Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada. They have indicated that everything has passed on your application except security verifications. Once they have completed all verifications they will move forward on issuing the ceremony.what is mean please

It just means that 'if' they need additional documents or fingerprinting etc, they will contact you otherwise you are all good. Don't worry too much! Just wait patiently for your oath letter!

Hi i did my interview last two weeks and i call cic and say you passed the interview and he say if we need some documents we contact you but when i check in online still in prosses any advice .please

They don't always update right away..for me it only updated a few days before my oath date which was about a month after my test. So don't worry

I received invitation for citizenship test for September 18, 2018 at Scarborough test center by email, and it shows in my ECAS. They said

"We sent you a notice on August 23, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on September 18, 2018 at 8:20 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us."

But still I haven't received mail. I tried to contact them but unfortunately, I couldn't get it. In the email I got attachment which I printed, so my question is, in this attached file which has invitation file is enough or i'll need invitation by mail.
Kindly answer my question.

If they sent you an email notification, there won't be anything via mail. Just take the printed letter and that'll be enough!

4.) June 23 2017 - August 8 2017 -Unemployed
5.) August 9 2017- August 23 2017 - Employed (Only for 15 days)
6.) August 24 2017 - Sep 18 2017 - Unemployed
7.) Sep 19 2017 - Till date - Employed
My question is regarding my employment at number 3.) and 4.), How should I explain these short jobs in the question no. 11.

If I remember the application, you don't need any explanation. You just give dates and names and place of employment. But if you feel the need to give one, draft a separate letter to go along with the application

Ok, so I'm a citizen now!!!.Wish everyone luck.
I want to change/ correct my first name. I will file for a legal name change tomorrow. Do I need a new citizenship certificate or is it enough to just include the court decision of the name change in the passport application?? is there a forum for name change?? Thank you.

Somebody told me that for the ceremony we should show a letter signed by a Canadian, just saying that he or she knows you since some times ago.

What do you know about this?

Hi, i had my test on 12th September. I can see on the forum there are people who did there test after me or on the same date have decison made? Is this something to worrry about.
