Decision Made. Yes, you will get letter once file status change to Decision Made but it can be email / softcopy only.

The email/snail mail is NOT for DM.
You only get one when you're actually scheduled for an oath ceremony.

No, there’s no email/mail for DM status. It’s shown on E-Cas

Only AOR and Oath come via email/mail; and depending on the file, Fingerprint request and Residence Questionnaire are received by mail.
