anyone July 2017 applicant ?
22 July received application.
21 September 2017 medical passed.
file transferred to NDVO.
On 10 July 2018 case sent to LDVO from NDVO. Redid medical on 24 July 2018 and passed.
status is not change, its more than 13 months now!
contact LDVO via webform they reply : additional review is required, we will contact you in next three months if further request required.
I cant understand !!!

your question is more related to how your file was first sent to NDVO and then to LVO .. this forum that i shared with you may be able to help you out ..

this forum is only for Pakistani applicants .. surely others can come and ask questions here but won't be a lot of help ..

no, do not send them original copies of anything unless they specifically ask for original copies. their guide says that they will not return originals unless they asked for original.

now LVO is holding interviews of May 2017 applicants...
They even didn't call June 2017 applicants so all June 2017 applicants are waiting as well
I am july 2017..lets see hope fully LVO should close our files safely this year Insha Allah

I am gathering all the documents to apply for my husband.
I will probably have more questions as well

But so far im confused about the nikkah nama. I hve it translated in english and attested by notary and registered by NADRA. Now do i have to attest it by foreign affairs as well ?

Something is really not happening right in IRCC, before they were of the opinion that the sponsorship will be done in 12 months, so one or two months up and down were expected.
Now they completely given 12 months to LVO to decide Eligibility and after that BGC has no time frame. which mean if BGC take 6 to 12 months, the sponsorship concludes around 1.5 to 2 years.... this shows that gov lost control on Immigration process.

if they are calling May 2017 for interview now, then imagine when will they call for july. how much time is wasted.
I am feeling something is seriously wrong and gov cannot contain the problem

@wajiha124 This is what you need:-

1. Clear Photocopy of Urdu NikkahNama - Certified by Notary Public
2. Original Translation by Certified Translator - Attested by Notary Public
3. Original Affidavit on 'Stamp Paper' for Translation by Translator - Attested by Notary Public
4. Photocopy of Union Council issued NADRA's Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) - Attested by Notary Public
5. Photocopy/Printout of Marital Family Registration Certificate (FRC)

(i) ONLY Photocopies should have "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document" written or stamped.
(ii) If your NikkahNama is in English, you MUST get it attested, both original and photocopy, by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and write an explanation letter stating why Urdu Nikkahnama is not available. Usually, Canadian spouses prefer English Nikkahnama because of easy understanding of clauses.
(iii) To get marital FRC, both spouses MUST apply for modification of your CNIC/NICOP and have their marital status changed.
(iv) You can get your documents certified/attested by either Notary Public or Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both are acceptable.
(v) Union Council's stamp/sign/number in Nikahnama must be clearly visible in Photocopy.
(vi) If you don't want to send original translations and affidavit, you must get their photocopies certified and provide reason.
(vii) MOFA usually attest Nikkahnama, its translation and MRC on originals as well as its photocopies, however, they don't attest NADRA-issued documents.
(viii) Affidavit is not required if you attest your Nikkahnama and Translations from MOFA.

I check the automated system - it says 11 months now instead of 12. Pata nai kiss ka 11 month main ho reha hai??

where does it say 11 months? I just checked on the website it says 12 months...

I remember before when I used to check it used to ask me the country and I would enter Pakistan and it would show me 12 months, now it just asks me, Who's being sponsored and if they live in canada or not and if we applied after or before December 2016.

That's all it asks.
